3 perfectly engineered airflow channels work in harmony to deliver unparalleled efficiency, speed, and comfort.

Engineered with advanced condensed fibre and foam technology, it creates an impenetrable barrier that drastically reduces noise while maximising thermal insulation.

Polar Heat Pumps’ advanced inverter technology is engineered to deliver optimal energy efficiency and superior performance for pool heating. By incorporating state-of-the-art motor control, Polar Inverter Technology dynamically adjusts motor speed to match heating demand, reducing energy consumption and operating costs. This precise control ensures consistent water temperature, quieter operation, and extended product life.

UltraCoreâ„¢ Precision Heating Technology is the cornerstone of our heating systems. It’s a cutting-edge heat exchange technology designed to efficiently and consistently regulate your pool’s temperature.

With twelve operational modes, our PremiumFlexâ„¢ system lets you customize your pool environment to suit your every mood and need.

The right size depends on your pool volume, postcode, preferred water temperature and swimming season. Winter swimming needs a different assessment from simply extending summer.
Send us your pool dimensions, postcode, whether you use a cover and whether you want summer-only or year-round swimming. We can recommend a Plus V1 size for your needs.
Steps, pool shape and changing depths affect actual volume. Heater output also changes with air and water temperature.
The full inverter system adjusts compressor and fan speed to suit the heating demand. Electrical use varies as the heater works harder during warm-up or reduces its output while maintaining temperature.
Here is how different average electrical inputs affect the cost over the same 6-hour period:
| Average input | Electricity used | Cost at $0.35/kWh |
|---|---|---|
| 1kW | 6kWh | $2.10 |
| 2kW | 12kWh | $4.20 |
| 3kW | 18kWh | $6.30 |
Colder air, wind and a higher target water temperature generally increase heating costs. A cover reduces heat loss and helps limit the heating needed.
These are calculation examples, not measured Plus V1 electrical inputs or daily-cost predictions. Actual input and run time depend on the selected model and conditions. Costs exclude the circulation pump.
Winter suitability depends on the selected model’s operating range and heating output in your local winter conditions. Ask us to check these against your pool size and target temperature before ordering.
The system includes automatic defrosting to help manage frost on the outdoor heat exchanger. Defrosting does not guarantee that every size can maintain every pool temperature through winter.
For winter swimming, plan for a pool cover and longer heating hours. Tell us your preferred temperature so we can assess a suitable size.
Initial warm-up takes longer than maintaining an already-warm pool. Pool volume, starting temperature, weather and the heater’s actual output all affect the time.
Actual heating takes longer when heat escapes from the pool or output falls in cooler weather. Keep the cover on during warm-up and allow enough operating hours before your planned swim.
Physics-based examples using assumed steady outputs, not guaranteed Plus V1 heating times. Operating hours are not the same as elapsed hours if heating runs only part of each day.
A cover is strongly recommended. It reduces evaporation and heat loss, helping you retain the heat you have paid for.
Cover the pool whenever it is not in use, especially overnight and in cooler months. The saving depends on your cover, weather and how consistently you use it.
The Plus V1 includes a colour touchscreen and Wi-Fi control. Heating, cooling and automatic modes let you manage the water temperature for different seasons.
Installation needs a suitable base, clear airflow, compatible pool plumbing and an electrical supply matched to the selected model.
Send photos of your equipment area and switchboard before booking. Your quote should explain whether the base, plumbing, electrical connection and any upgrades are included.
Follow the supplied manual for placement, electrical requirements and Wi-Fi setup. App control requires a compatible network with coverage at the heater.
Ask us for the Polar Plus V2 warranty terms with your quote. Confirm the parts and labour cover separately, as they may have different warranty periods.
Keep your proof of purchase and follow the installation and maintenance requirements supplied with your heater. Your warranty documents explain the cover and claims process.
